The 9th Symposium on Diseases in Asian Aquaculture (DAA9) was organized by the Health Committee of the Asian Fisheries Society, the Department of Animal Health under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and VietnamEvent in the Rex Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City, over November 24th to 28th, 2014.
Following the success of the Regional Workshop for focal points of the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) about the food safety of products originating from animals held at the Hanoi Daewoo Hotel from June 24th to 26th, 2016, VietnamEvent is credited by the Department of Animal Health with taking responsibility for the DAA9 conference at the Rex Hotel in Ho Chi Minh early next week.
The conference is where members and experts on animal health discuss common issues and specific topics related to the fisheries sector in Asia. Attending the conference are 200 delegates, including scientists about animal health, fisheries students, researchers from governments, and individuals specializing in the fisheries sector from 30 to 40 countries.
To help with travel and make it convenient to attend 5 days, Hoabinhtourist & Convention is in charge of arranging the places, food services, and transportation for the delegates. The conference venue must meet a variety of criteria for the location and scale of the auditorium, the level of funding for each delegate, and support services for participants such as printing, photo documentation, internet, etc. The executives of HoaBinh Tourist Conference & Convention will conduct direct contact with the participants to be active in the service appropriate for each delegate and support the organizers of the payment process, as well as update programs, content, and timely results before, during, and after the conference.
In addition to the invaluable support of logistics for DAA9 conferences, VietnamEvent is also the organizer of tours for the participants. Programs need to be designed to meet timescale, space, exchange information, relax, learn about the cultural land, and Vietnamese as visiting locations: Cu Chi Tunnels (defense system in the ground during the war against France), Tay Ninh Holy See (works include many religious architecture in Tay Ninh, Cao Dai), or southern hick (life farmers Can Tho, Ben Tre).
