South China Sea National Seminar took place on 18th December in Ha Long, held by Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam in cooperation with Vietnam Events.
This seminar had the participations of hundreds of schlars and officials throughout the nation.
In addition, Mr Pham Gia Khiem- former deputy prime minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs attended the seminar.
Before that, Vietnam Events and Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam also organized successfully 10th South China Sea International Conference recent November.
This seminar was about " South China Sea - the new face and Vietnam's policy toward it"
