Could you tell us about the significance of the 25th anniversary of Zamil Steel Buildings?
The 25th anniversary of Zamil Steel Buildings Vietnam is an important milestone marking Zamil Steel's 25-year development journey in Vietnam with countless achievements in production, business development, and expansion activities. This event is also to deliver Zamil Steel Vietnam’s appreciation to customers and partners throughout the Asia-Pacific region for their trust, support, and cooperation during the past 25 years.
On this occasion, Zamil Group also reaffirms its prestige, quality, and leading position in the field of manufacturing pre-engineered steel buildings, affirming its strategic vision of choosing Vietnam as the gateway to reach out to Asia Pacific countries.
Due to its significance, this anniversary has been prepared for 3 months. Vietnamevents carefully planned and implemented a unique and innovative master plan for this program. Organizing a successful event requires more than just ideas and scripts; our modern event equipment, our creative thinking, and a team of high-qualified and dedicated personnel are also crucial.

With the participation of distinguished guests from 10 countries around the world, the Vietnamevents team must have faced many difficulties when organizing this event. Could you tell us?
Vietnamevents considers organizing an international event as an opportunity to develop ourselves; however, there are also certain challenges. We had only 12 hours to install and decorate the entire location outside and inside, from the welcome gate, the tunnel, and the shooting area to the main stage. Besides, the event venue on the 6th floor of the Lotte Hotel also causes some obstacles, especially the time constraint and method of transporting equipment. Although this was the case, the celebration took place successfully thanks to the scientific and flexible operation method as well as the professionalism and dedication of the entire team.

In addition, banquet cuisine also requires careful and thorough preparation. We prepared Halal food for our Muslim guests from Saudi Arabia. In addition, Vietnamevents researched to come up with a menu that has a harmonious combination of cuisines from 10 countries in the Asia Pacific region and Vietnamese cuisine, not only serving guests in a unique way but also promoting Vietnamese cuisine to international friends. In particular, the origin of raw materials is strictly controlled. Food processing is also focused on bringing delicious dishes to the satisfaction of all attendees.
