VietnamEvent provides a range of services in the National Convention Center, including: meeting rooms, rooms and related services, specifically as follows:
- The main meeting room is on the second floor of the building, the area is 4.256 m2, with a capacity of 3,800 seats. This meeting room is designed with multi-functional theater system that can be equipped up to 3 projector screens; therefore, it could be suitable for multi-art forms. This meeting room can be divided into two separate spaces by the automatic partition system in order to meet different requirements.
- The reception room (parlor) is located at the first floor and has an area of 2,100 m2. The room has a stage system for art performances which can be automatically divided into two separate spaces.
- Two presidential meeting rooms are equipped with microphone system and a multi-language headset.
- 24 small meeting rooms; if needed, each room can be divided into 3 rooms, which means the total number of small meeting rooms can be up to 72.
- The media and communication center here has 3 separate rooms for television, radio, and newspapers.
