On March 17, 2017, at the JW Marriott Hanoi Hotel, VietnamEvent was honored to become the event supplier for the 20th anniversary of Air Liquide Vietnam. This event aims to give sincere thanks to clients, partners, and local governments who are very warm, kind, and well supported in the development of the Air Liquide.
Although the event starts at 10:00 am, all preparation tasks are done at 8:00 am by the hard working team at VietnamEvent. From the entrance, guests are warmly welcomed by passionate guides and free photographic memories. In order to create a cheerful atmosphere, we have a beautiful PG standing at the entrance gate to give beautiful flowers to all participants.
VietnamEvent also collaborates with famous MCs and interpreters, namely Danh Tung and Thuy Linh, to ensure that the event can run effectively in both English and Vietnamese because the invited guests are mostly foreigners. With professional manners, VietnamEvent breaks all language barriers during the anniversary among participants, which helps our clients build strong and long-lasting relationships with their partners.
The party started impressively with interactive screen dancing, which required meticulous arrangement of VietnamEvent. This performance has shown the Air Liquide mission in a lively and meaningful way.
Following the animated dance, the General Director of Air Liquide, Mr. Kensuke Nakasuji, gave a speech to express his sincere appreciation and shared thoughts. Meanwhile, our event team has captured every moment by using a live camera on an LED screen combined with follow-up lighting in order to make live frames.
Equipped with a high-quality LED screen to provide great image quality and the best sound system, guests are really attracted by a short film introducing the development of Air Liquide.
On the other hand, VietnamEvent has provided a unique art performance by Mr. Ngoc Quang, who traveled thousands of miles for the show. The show make guests more understanding about Air Liquide history. Additionally, VietnamEvent has a professional dance team in order to bring impressive art performances with high sound quality and image effects. It is undeniable that, with a specific and perfect scenario, VietnamEvent has created a wonderful thank-you party. The meeting hall was covered by a sparkling star theme, creating a majestic and fantasy space. The event wakes up the customer's senses with lively sound and image, which creates an unforgettable party for all invited guests.
