On December 10th, VietNam Events supported the conference of Danang-Chengdu Trade and Tourism Promotion Conference in Da Nang 2018 at Danang Crown Hotel.
This is a promotional activity, promoting bilateral tourism development , create opportunities for tourism businesses of Chengdu, Sichuan of China and Da Nang of Vietnam to meet and coordinate.
It was also the chance for them to exchange tourist products, visitors sources and find out about needs, improve service quality for tourists in the coming time.
Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee Dang Viet Dung said that Da Nang has many potential and conditions for tourism development.
The average growth rate of the city's annual tourists reaches 22%.
In 2018, the number of international visitors to Danang increased by 20% compared to 2017, in which Chinese tourists accounted for a large number.
On this occasion, Da Nang City Department of Tourism and Chengdu City Tourism Department signed a tourism cooperation agreement between the two cities.
