On March 23rd, 2023, in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa, the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) in collaboration with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) successfully organized the 10th Sea Dialogue, entitled "Offshore Renewable Energy: Opportunities and Challenges for Green Conversion".
The event was held in a hybrid format with the participation of over 200 delegates and several press agencies. Especially 16 speakers who are experts in various fields such as international law, energy, marine environment,... from 10 countries, including Singapore, India, Israel, the Netherlands, Norway, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States, and Vietnam, attended the event.
